WHAT TO BRING TO ACRO YOGA?
The simplest answer is: JUST YOU!
And a few $ for donations to Instructors and Venue would be nice too.
The Longer Answer – you may want to plan ahead with what you bring with you if you are going to attend Acro Jams, Classes or Workshops for extended periods of time.
- EAT & DRINK: Bring water bottle to stay hydrated and “simple” snacks to keep energy level up.
- MATS & CUSHIONS: For floor cushioning, you can bring a Yoga mat or extra thick cushions for a wider area.
- MASKS: We are still in covid pandemic, bring a mask if you are unsure or to be safe.
- TOWELS: Bring a towel for sweat! Sometimes if the location is outdoors or dirty, you may want to bring an extra towel for wiping off dirty feet.
- EXERCISE EQUIPMENT: If you have any sort of exercise equipment as in Stretching Bands, Headstand Bench, Silks, Poi, etc, but always check with the Organizers or Lead Yogis for rules and regulations. We are always up for more toys to plays with.
