To cheer you on as you crush your personal goals — no matter your experience level. He’s all about helping you on your acro journey, promoting safe play, learning at your own pace, and, most importantly, having an absolute blast.

Jeff has been flipping, flying, and balancing his way through Acro Yoga since 2014 in the sunny Virginia Beach area. By day, he’s the multimedia marketing whiz building training modules, marketing, and online courses. By night? Well, his questionable relationship with ADHD and lack of sleep fuels a whirlwind of planning epic events, mini-workshops, playful jams, and delightfully ridiculous antics and one of the masterminds behind AcroYoga757.com.

What is AcroBeast?

It is a partner-based workout program that utilizes AcroYoga skills into strength training, cardio endurance, and flexibility with the partnership that AcroYoga is known for. This program was developed with the help of AcroYoga757 participants and contributions of other yogis across the globe with exercise programs.

What is Mobility Drills?

Combine your Yoga Asanas & Calisthenics, add in a few movements incorporate using your own body-weight in twists, stretches, power-holds, reaches, and flexibility to move from pose to pose. Great for warm-ups and group fun.
